Favor Health Care was founded on a promise: that no patient should ever feel invisible. It is a nurse-practitioner-owned telehealth practice built around compassion, dignity, and genuine human connection.
Adefunke Gbadebo, APRN
Adefunke has spent over 25 years caring for others, in hospitals, clinics, and through home visits. While many of her colleagues pursued management roles, she knew that was not the path set for her. What mattered most was building genuine connections with her patients.
That belief grew even stronger through her own experience. Watching her daughter's medical needs be overlooked, treated as just another name on a board rather than a person, changed her forever. In that moment she made a promise: she would never let her patients feel invisible.
With a background spanning ICU, PCU, wellness, and weight loss, Adefunke founded Favor Health Care to reach and care for the underserved, and to give every patient the dignity, compassion, and unhurried attention they deserve. Outside of work, she treasures time with her family and grandchildren, her church, where she sometimes leads Sunday School, and traveling.
